It was submitted directly by the Chairman to the Chairman of the Tahir Foundation, Bp. Jonathan Tahir and the Minister of Home Affairs, Bp. Tito Karnavian to the Chairman of Khas Kempek Islamic Boarding School Foundation, Bp.M.Mustofa Aqiel.
