Tahir Foundation Builds Clean Water Well in Garut
Every dry season, two Garut regencies, West Java, experience a clean water crisis. One of them is Cibatu District, West Java. The Tahir Foundation and the Salarea Working Group (Pokja) took the initiative to build clean water facilities in the form of drilling wells at two points, namely Sumur Kondang Village (Kertajaya Village) and Pasir Goong Village (Cibatu Village).
The head of Kertajaya Village, Cecep Kurniansah thanked the Tahir Foundation, “Villagers desperately need clean water facilities, while village funding is very limited”.
The founder of the Salarea Working Group, Dadan M. Ramdan, greatly appreciates the assistance provided by the Tahir Foundation to build clean water facilities in Garut since 2017. The provision of clean water is indeed needed and beneficial for residents.
